April's shine - day 7/30: where are you in this moment?

Day 7: where are you in this moment? 

And how are you?

Did you have the time to  read every day's prompts or at least take the vids in? 

Did you take the time to look inside? 

Do you honor your life as it is? Can you see how your life is great and why you might have chosen to be where you are now? 

Did you bump up against some ssstuff? :-) 
I would like to encourage you to let the stuff out :-)

Can you feel where you could shine more and what you would like to work on?

Is it work? Is it love? Is it family? Is it creativity? Is it your body?

This 7's day I would like to invite you to take the last 7 days in and celebrate yourself for taking the time for yourself. 

Remember, if you will shine more you will also encourage with your light all the people around you to do the same (even if sometimes it will seem like they would want to keep you low..:-) ).
