I borrowed this one from the amazing Louise Hay. If you never read her books, I dearly recommend it, especially the last e-version of "You can Heal your life" (I have it on the iPad). It's beautiful, with pieces from her film and mp3 meditations.. It helped me a lot when I needed to get over myself :-) Lovingly kicking my buttocks:-) It's on an A3 drawing paper, with inks.
