cycle of conscious creation Call it in See it Speak it Love it Own it Create it Birth it This is essentially my interpretation of the cycle of conscious creation.
I believe we bring things in from the immaterial into material and depending on how we go through this process, we can consciously totally create what we wish or not. This interpretation is based on the chakras system and their supposed colors - as you can see, they make a rainbow together:-) Drawing and collage with markers on A3 aquarel paper. It is an intuitive drawing and if I look at it, the accent is for me on birthing things (the 1st chakra) and on calling them in (the 7th chakra), then on love and on vision..:-) april mini vision board I am also playing together with you the game of SHINE I am in the process of creating new energy for my home, to ignite my home after the spring cleaning that started yesterday. Yesterday I made another collage and drawing (you maybe saw it in my vid yesterday but I did not yet post it, probably tomorrow) and today another one. They seem from the same family. And I say "they seem" because my work is mostly intuitive and I do not think about it much while I am making it, which is one of the big reasons why I love to do it - that meditative state where I switch my brain off. I will place my collages where I can see them often and I can not only enjoy them but also study them and thus taking in all the information that is surfacing through this process. One of them will go near my desk and one in the bedroom - to look at in the mornings when I wake up. mini (april) vision board, A3, collage and doodle on aquarel paper delft's blue 20x20cm Today I would like to introduce another encaustic piece. It is called "delft's blue" and was inspired by living in Delft, where the famous ceramics is coming from. The blue in my case is from a very old Pelikan ink that my grandfather bought for me when I was in first grade. It is the only material thing that I still have from him except a "many colors" pencil. I took this ink bottle with me everywhere iI traveled although we do not use fountain pens anymore at this time and age. And I decided to use a bit of it in this piece because I wished I could talk to him sometimes. On cardboard canvas, with clear bees wax, imprinted with lace. day 12/30 april's shine challenge Still a chaos but more organized:-) Things are taking shape, it seems. This one is made translucid with (cocos) oil rubbed on the back, as evenly as possible. I also took the extra oil away with a paper towel (ehmmm I actually used toilet paper but wanted to sound neatly-er:-) ) It gives a wonderful stained glass effect to the paper: plain aquarel paper drawn with markers of all kinds, A3. Chaos today Chaos today:-) Sometimes chaos comes back, if even only in my drawing. It was a special day but I am in full process of birthing a new me.. It is easy to be seen and people that haven't seen me in a while tell me that they are amazed at how changed I seem. Somebody even said that I seem taller:-) The day before giving birth is very still.. It seems that I am not yet really there, in the day before.. But I am getting there and I definitely have the pregnancy glow..:-) My soul is aligned. It is. co-production day 10 This is a co-production:-) V. and moi:-) Can you tell? two artist with very different views on the world got together to produce this amazing garden drawing. Markers on aquarel A3 paper. I loved the interaction, thank you, V. re-igniting childhood shine dreams The creative journal for today is a garden where flowers grow on compost made of FEAR. I work it, I write it, I compost it and it comes out as flowers and busses and spiraling colors. That is also my invitation for you. We searched for our childhood pictures yesterday. Have a new look at yours, if you could find one, and feel what the child you were would want you to do today to bring more of your childhood's energy in your life. Me the old child wanted to play with my son :-) Doodle on an A3 paper - with Sharpies and all kind of other color markers. Find the fox! :-) FIMO - ficroes/ necklesses and earrings Present for me today:-) Yay! I love to make these and I love to find unique ways to put them together. From FIMO (polymer clay) - it seems it's the only kind I can find in the Netherlands. Mounted together with some glass beads on leather strings and with copper closing pieces. I just love polymer clay and all it's possibilities. I really hope someone will invent a n organic variant I could use the same way (do you know any?) cause at the moment my art is the only place where I do not see how I could go "green".. I would also love to make glass but that is not so practical at the moment. V. also loves to play with FIMO and we also made another snowman today, which I forgot to take a picture of. You can see some of our snowmen here. Dreaming of the perfect place Dreaming about the perfect place for us to live. After I had drawn around 1000 perfect busses:-) Love living by the sea, looking at the sea, smelling the sea, hearing the sea, sitting in the warm sand, swimming in the sea. I like flying around my house with a heavenly garden. I love looking at the skies, and loosing myself between the stars. All within my love for V. He is my Universe, my all. |
