day 5 april's shine: the green smoothie
* purslane 150g:
* 1 banana (peeled of course):
* 1 orange (peeled and cut in pieces);
* small lemons (peeled and cut in pieces);
* 1 small apple;
* ginger (ZZIIINGGGG);
* water to fill, loved and filtered;
Optionally you can add (I did today):
* 1 big heaping tb. spoon spirulina (purslane smoothies are light green);
I also added to one of the jars (700ml):
* around 20g protein (Sunwarriors, raw natural protein);
* red maca (1 tb. spoon);
* astragalus (I have done a lot lately and felt a bit weak, so I thought I needed a boost)
* probiotica 1 tb spoon.
