- cucumber - one big one, sliced and with peel (if it's organic, if not, peel it please);
- spinach 200g;
- 2 lemons peeled and sliced (you now know what to do with the lemon peels, right?:-) )
- 1 banana (peeled and halved);
- mint - as much as you have. No, really!
- ginger - 2 cm

If you are into sweet, you might wanna put some honey or other somethin' somethin' sweet in it.
To one jar (7--ml) I also added:
- SunWarrior protein "chocolate" in - 1 tb. spoon (I have a new pack, yay!)
- maca 1 tb, spoon... ehhhmmm it helps with the spring hormones:-)
