day 11/30 april's shine green smoothie

green smoothie today

Today I made extra green smoothie  for the breastfeeding group I went to this morning in The Hague.

Lida van Ruijven asked me to give a small presentation about green smoothies and I also ended up talking about raw milk:-)

So today's recipe was a bit sweeter that usual:-)

• 1 huge apple cut in small pieces, together with core and peel;
• 1 lemon peeled and halved;
• 5 celery stems bathed and cut in small pieces;
• 250g spinach bathed;
• ginger 1cm;
• chlorella 1 tb. spoon;
• water filtered and loved to fill (I made 3 l  in 2 batches, it was a bit thinner)

We all found it yummy:-)
