It was so rich that I could not eat it all like I mostly do:-)
So I put it in my today's green smoothie:
- 200g chard
- 100g mint leaves
- 1 lemon peeled and cut in pieces
- 1 orange peeled and cut
- 1 banana (small)
- spirulina (1 tb. spoon)
- water (filtered and loved) to cover.
I wish I could write the smell of this one. And the taste is equally amazing: fresh and sweet and milky all at the same time.
V wanted some yogurt with "sweet" in it, so I put some rose petals jam in it (Romanian specialty that someone brought from Romania for us a while ago) (just real jam).
