cashew milk, cashew yogurt, green smoothie

Today I soaked cashews.
Lots of them because I wanted to make some thick yogurt.
The result is what you see on the far left and the far right.
The middle green was a left over from the day before.
How I have made it:
I blended this and if the cashews are well soaked I find that this thick milk does not have to be strained. I certainly did not do it today:-) My Vitamix just did it's best:-)
I mixed it with 2 tb. spoons Probiotica with Acidophylus to make yogurt.
You see the result on the left in the picture above.
(note from next day, it was delicious and rich! Mostly I eat the whole yogurt pot in one big smooth move in the morning but this one was much too rich for that!)
After putting away the yogurt pot, I added:
A bit of a warning, though: this one is so rich that I could not drink more than 700ml of it:-)
I put the rest in the fridge and I will re-mix it tomorrow.
