- lamb's lettuce 250g;
- 2 small lemons peeled and halved;
- 2 medium tomatoes halved;
- fresh almond milk made this morning;
- 1/2 big apple cut in smaller pieces.

I also added (optionally for you):
- 2 tb spoons SunWarrior protein (I have now the cacao variant and I find it a bit too sweet);
- astragalus 1 tb. spoon
- 2 heaping tb. spoons probiotica powder.
