nourishing green smoothie - day 15/30

today's green smoothie - Fennel delight

Today's smoothie: 

• 1 fennel bol 0 cut in small pieces;
• 3 medium tomatoes (tros) - halved;
• 1 medium apple with core and peel - cut in pieces;
• spinach 200g;
• some ginger;
• 1 lemon peeled and halved;
• water - filtered and loved - to fill;

I added (optional):

• some probiotica (2 tb. spoons);
  
• SunWarrior protein - the cacao variant (it's with stevia and thus sweet, I liked the natural variant more);
• astragalus - 1tb. spoon.
