I made 2l from:
- 2 kg apples
- 1/2 kg carrots
- some ginger;
V. had a lot of the juice, I used:
- about 700ml apple+carrot+ginger juice;
- 5 celery stems - cut in small pieces and bathed;
- 2 ripe avocados (they are ripe when they are as soft as your eyeballs - ehmmm please do not hurt yourself:-) )
- water to fill (loved and filtered)
Blend till smooth.
I added (optional for you):
- chlorella - 1 heaping tb. spoon.
(I first added only one avocado but there was a lot of foam still - see picture) - so I added another one.
