green smoothie today

For all the recipes I present here: 
I use a Vitamix which has a 2l container. The quantities of materials I state here are for a full Vitamix - or more - and than you will read about it:-)

Today's Green Smoothie is simple and yummy:

• cilantro - a big bunch; (100-150g);
  
• purslane 300g;
• 2 lemons (peeled and cut in pieces);
• 1 orange (peeled and cut);
• 2 small apples (or one big one) cut in pieces with center and all
• water to fill (around 1l) - filtered and loved.

Blend en taa-daaaaa :-)
