- 1 big avocado (although I have a Vitamix I never (yet?) put the avocado pit in my smoothie) (and alright, I have snooped from it so it was maybe 75% from a big avocado);
- spinach 350 g;
- 2 lemons (peeled and chopped);
- 1 orange (idem);
- some grapes;
- 1 big March mango peel and bits of flesh;
- ginger (bog one)
- water loved and filtered - to fill.
You can - but certainly do not have to - add my usual:
- SunWarrior protein;
- cacao powder
No honey today for me, honey..
Though I made some more for a friend who was visiting - and in his I put some honey.. Not much, but enough to not have him do it behind my back:-). He said it was good:-)
