- 1 lemon (peeled and cut)
- 1 pear (not peeled, yes cut)
- 1 banana.. peeled:-)
- 1 big beet root (peeled and cut)
- the rest from yesterday's cucumber and carrot
- ginger (a sturdy 2cm piece, not peeled)
- lamb's lettuce (thoroughly washed )
- 1l water (filtered and loved)
I had to hurry and blend coz somebody was eating my ingredients:-)
We blended (V. has helped) and tasted it...
So we added some honey (1 big huge heaping spoon)..
And because we were going to blend again I added also some more things.. (the first batch was the one on the right.):
- spirulina (1 tb spoon)
- Sun Warrior protein (1 tb, spoon)
- astragalus (idem)
- raw cacao (idem)
- probiotica (idem)
- maca (idem)
And do you know what happened?
V. did not want to drink it anyway..:-)
He wanted some olive bread with butter instead.. and ended up not eating much of that, either..:-)
Some days are like that.. sigh..
