Hi there, amazing Earth citizen!
I intended to do something else for today, namely to upload the first time-out day and day 13 . My initial plan was to have day 1 to 26 one after each other and have the time-outs uploaded separately so that if you intended to take a time-out outside the 26 days, you could.
Was that a good plan? maybe:-)
As it turns out, today has only so many hours to use and I now know that I will not be able to upload two days at once:-) Bummer:-)..
I have made a new plan instead and I'll go with the flow, which I also invite you to do:-)
My intention for the time-out days was to present no theme for the day and to invite you to allow yourself a break from "intention to shining" or from "doing anything" related to "must do".
The way it turned out for me, as I was writing today's "script" is that I still have a general theme of the day - but that I will have no "homework" for you to do.
So today I invite to just relax and take care of yourself, as much as possible and more than you do every other day.
I invite you to bring more consciousness into how you look to your body, the house of your soul.
We are taught to concentrate on the negative - and I had lots of years that I really believed that I had to concentrate on the negative because "otherwise" I was never going to change it.
Now I concentrate on gratitude and some "negative" things change just because I choose to be thankful. Other things I have to take charge to change myself or bring a change in.
That is the premise for today.
Maybe you remember the AA prayer says:
"God, give me power to change what I can change, accept the things I can't change and the wisdom to see the difference".
I would maybe paraphrase that into:
Dear Life, give me the power to change what I can change, look and really see the things I cannot consciously change so that they can change or I can change, the inspiration to find ways to change my subconscious and the inner power and wisdom to accept and know the differences between all these..
:-) My variant is not so easy to remember, though:-)
Please ask yourself, how many times you turned in bed at night, awake, angry, thinking about things you had the feeling you cannot do anything about?
On an energetic level we have influence on everything that comes into our experience but turning around in bed at night does not make many things better.
Maybe you've heard about the Law of Attraction that got so much press the last years:-) It says that what you concentrate on, you attract.
So I suppose the way we influence the "seen" is by recognizing the difference between what we can influence and what not in the physical world.
And if you would want to influence the rest of it, please know that that is coupled with your subconscious. The new biologists, like Bruce Lipton, tell us about the fact that what we experience is between 5-10 % influenced by the conscious decisions we make, and the rest of 90-95% is the oeuvre of our subconscious.
I also believe that the subconscious responds to the rest of your physical body and to our energy.
So in my opinion, the more we clean our bodies, the more our subconscious will work together with our soul, as a partner. The more we clean the "stuff" in your bodies (the emotional, the mind, the physical, and the rest of the stuff that we carry around, as well as from old lives) the more we can use our bodies to create what we really want and to start shining as we are meant to be.
April's Shine is meant to be a start in this process and work on all kind of levels.
I also believe that if we start with the physical it is enough for the time being:-)
