Which seed would you like to feed, help and allow to grow? What would you need to give yourself in order to be able to make room for manifesting and growing your most beloved dream? We believe that visualizing and vocalizing your soul’s longing from an energy-streaming, grounded body is the most powerful way to manifest it.

Why this day?
We want to offer you a safe and sacred space so that you can give your dreams the perfect support, ground and nutrition in order to allow them to grow. With this day you will give yourself love, the time and room to be able to stop and look at what your intuition is longing to tell you in order for you to know and to live your soul’s longing. Eventual blockages will receive the space to come up to the surface and by doing that you will be able to transform and let go of them.
This day is a journey into the depth of your soul. Are you going with the flow of life or are you swimming upstream?
About creative expression (Ioana Voiculescu)
Creative expression is a way to give form to your thoughts and imagination. You don’t necessarily need to be skilled in drawing, painting, writing or any form of art. It just simply supports you to express yourself in a creative way, without the pressure of making something “beautiful”. What you will create during this workshop will serve as a tangible symbol for manifesting your soul’s longing – and in the same time be a reminder of your journey ahead and of your first step to take in bringing your dream into reality.
About voice expression (Dymphi Adriaanse)
Voice expression is a form of intuitive singing and sounding, from the space of your heart and body. You can experience this in a group (as in this workshop) or one on one with a coach. You will sound/sing whatever comes in you, totally free in the Here and Now. With Voice Expression one uses no words – or maybe just improvised, made-up on the spot sounds-language (gibberish). It’s not about singing “beautifully”, although there are times it can sound wonderful. The experience and perception of the singing and sounding are central. After a voice expression session you will feel stronger and more enjoyable in your body than before. Experience teaches that voice expression is good for the body, heart and soul.

Who are we?
Ioana Voiculescu (1969) is the creator of Shining Mama. She studied at the Institute for Architecture in Bucharest, Romania after which she worked internationally as an architect for more than 12 years. Becoming pregnant in 2008 and giving birth made her priorities profoundly shift, from being a workaholic towards working on a more subtle and soft level, directly with people and one on one, as a coach and an artist. She is described as a bridger between different worlds and experiences. Her aim is nurturing her clients in order for them to attain the best possible personal experience in this life, here and now. In her practice, Ioana uses many tools: from creative expression and movement to delicate self-care and the use of all natural, organic, living food; from visualization to inspiration and empowerment. Ioana’s best tool is awareness – being aware herself and making other people aware: of choices, of words, of actions, of patterns and energy, as well as of themselves, within and without.

Dymphi Adriaanse (1979) is the creator of Passie voor Ontwikkelen (Passion for Development). She finished Educational Science and Education at the University of Twente with a specialization in Human Resource Development (HRD). She studied Professional Communication at Phoenix Opleidingen and Voice Expression with Marius Engelbrecht Trainingen. She worked as an education consultant in business services and after that as a teacher of personal development, communication and behavior for a university of applied sciences. Giving birth to her daughter in 2012, inspired her deeply to really walk on the path of her heart. Dymphi gives intuitive concerts with voice and N'goni, recorded recently a CD named "Liefde" (Love), organizes and plays intuitive music in Dream Concerts (intuitive concerts with professional musicians) and gives workshops voice expression (as well as one on one sessions) and intuitive music. Dymphi combines her musicality with counselling and coaching so that people find in her the best and most complete support in the journey to themselves.
