Ioana,  The TED video you sent me is awesome! It is a source of great inspiration. I agree that we should share the video with our community. Like you, I feel that Shine Business has a mission to support women to be seen, heard and truly themselves. Too many women have spent their lives being good “slaves.” Instead of following our dreams, we have been doing what others expected of us. Through support and encouragement of others, I have found the confidence to pursue my own dreams and want to help other women do the same. I am excited about our partnership and shared vision to encourage and support our community to discover and pursue their dreams. Our combined 100+ years of experience will help women to take the steps to get from where they are now to where they want to go. They will build the confidence to go from dreams to reality.
