Blog: N stands for Nourishing.  After experimenting for more than two years with Green Smoothies, Raw Food and Superfoods, enjoying Highly Raw nutrition, I was asked to share my vitality secret. I blog and vlog about my easy recipes , adventures at the Peasant's Market, my Raw Open Kitchen, and more.

E = Empowerment

Within SHINE,

is where we empower ourselves to SHINE our light into the world. 

Blog: E comes from Empowering. I feel that at the end of the day this is the most important message I am bringing to the world, as a Mother, a Woman and a Human.
It is not having information but being empowered by it and using it wisely that moves the world.
