Shining Mama is the creation of Ioana Voiculescu - that's me! - and is intended to provide you with empowering information about how to take care of yourself in the most natural way possible.
I hope this - and my other stories you'll find here at Shining Mama - will inspire you to lead your most fabulous, natural life, even when you live in the (big) city. |
I am passionate about (in no particular order):
green smoothies and juices, essential oils, raw food, making art (photography, intuitive painting and collage, encaustic and lots more), intuitive and green living, growing my own food, wheat grass, sprouting seeds, micro-greens, attachment parenting, unschooling, inspiring people and developing my human self into being more and more of who I am.
You could maybe encompass it in a term like "natural living".
My intention is to live a long, blessed life in a perfectly functional and vital body. As I am more and more finding my way to do that, Shining Mama is here so I can share this experience and journey with you.
I make raw Shine Yum Treats and Green Smoothies that you can order via the Shine Shop.
I also teach workshops and coach about my passions, essential oils, raw food, green smoothies and intuitive art.
My in person and online courses and workshops are in either Dutch, English or Romanian (ask me for the possibilities).
