I was so excited that I immediately went into studying superfoods and the next thing, raw food came up.
I studied all the books I could on the subject, I than bought some minimal equipment (started really low with a Personal Blender) and experimented days on end.
Two years later I pretty much discovered the secrets of eating between 80 and 95% raw, depending on the season in the cold and rainy Netherlands.
I feel more and more healthy and my energy levels soared like never before.
I realized that what is more challenging than eating "cold stuff" is the tremendous mind shift of the "why" of eating like this - and off the "but I am so accustomed to usual cooking, where should I begin?".
If you feel somewhat the same - I am certainly here to help.
I feel that our children and us! could eat much more healthier than we do.
It is my intention to share the pure joy and easiness of it.
