What would your best day ever be?
Today an invitation to think about, imagine and feel your perfect day. I invite you to put your perfect day in the future so that you can create it.
Draw it, make it your own.
Call it in.
See it / smell it / feel it.
Speak it. Put it in your journal if you have one, write it in your blog (even if you leave it hidden, I believe it works beautifully from an energetic point of view). You can even tell a good and trusted friend (one who would lift you up and not put you down) about your perfect day.
The meditation is something like 20 min long and do it whenever you have the time for it.
If you fall asleep right after it (I recorded yesterday and as I was "doing" my own meditation in the night, I fell asleep, haha) - than maybe do it again tomorrow as you are more present.. I will:-)
And after doing it, write or tell someone about all the details you saw during this meditation - visualization.
