- spinach 200 g (bathed, it was a bit sad :-).. in this vid I bathe the kale but you get the picture);
- 2 lemons (peeled and chopped);
- 1 banana (peeled and chopped);
- ginger, some;
- muchos water filtered and loved;
I also added today:
- 1 big heaping youping tablespoon of organic virgin cocos oil; do this only if you know you will drink the smoothie very soon after you make it, otherwise the taste will change and you might not like it (I don't);
- shilajit 1 tb. spoon (it's bitter and it tastes like dry pipe tobacco tea.. - ask me not how I know or I'll have to tell you that once upon a time I made the evening's family tea out of my father's pipe tobacco)..
Today smoothie is not really sweet so you might want to add something in that direction if you wanna.
