- cucumber 1/2 big one
- spinach 300g
- spirulina 1 heaping tb. spoon;
- 1 lemon (peeled)
- 1 orange (peeled)
- 1 pear with all (really soft and sweet one)
- water (filtered and loved)
- seeds from one pomegranate fruit.
- some mint
Today I wanted to drink it as is.
Loved the taste and the color. If you do not have / add the spiruline it will be reddish-er).
- cacao powder
- protein (SunWarrior)
So that is also possible.
Please note that my green smoothies are delicious with or without the extra power, how I call it, the superfoods.
And they have a different taste, of course, with and without:-)
I feel that this particular superfoods are right for me (and for V.) at this moment but if you are at the beginning of your (green smoothie) journey, just try the recipes without the superfoods in them: just the fresh stuff.
With putting it out every day as I do I want to show you that only by variating slightly you can obtain a totally different taste and a delicious smoothie every day.
And it is my intention to empower you to just try and mix yourself the fresh vegetables and fruits you have at home.
